Fitness Circuit

Hello everyone,
Today I would like to share with you my fitness circuit.
In this circuit I am hoping to show you a few exercises that you could do as a part of your fitness. Here it its:

- Sprints
- Star Jumps
- Push Ups
- Downwards Dog
- Plank
- Squats
- Shuttles
Hopefully this gives you some ideas of how to circuit your fitness.
